This is the New Stuff!

Long story short, yet again Nasty horror has had to recreate everything from scratch.

This being the case, I decided that this time I may as well take advantage of the loss and rather then try to salvage anything, I am taking the site in a new direction.

I say new direction, when in fact it is the original direction. Let me explain.

The Concept of this site was as an online portal for the “Nasty Horror” graphic magazine.

When it was first conceived, “Nasty Horror” was to be a printed magazine in the tradition of the Warren titles such as “Eerie“, and “Creepy“.

They in turn were in the tradition of the EC Comics that were published by William Gaines. Their titles included “Tales From The Crypt” and “Haunt of Fear”.

More recently Dark Horse has begun reprinting the Warren comics “Creepy” and “Eerie“. They have also rebooted them. So as of the last time I checked they were cranking out brand new issues of both.

With the advent of tablet readers and the massive changes in the nature of publishing, I have decided to have “Nasty Horror” digitally created and published.

This will make the product much more accessible, and vital.

I hope you will enjoy our stuff.

Expect Digital comics as well as short stories.

Some will be published here for free. Some will be published on other platforms and you can look here to see when the new stuff comes out.
